1. Membership of Newton Regis Village Hall entitles the member to one vote at the Annual General Meeting of Newton Regis Village Hall Charity.

2. Membership of Newton Regis Village Hall renders the member eligible to stand for election as a trustee of the charity.

3. Membership will entitle the member to receive general information concerning the charity as issued by the executive committee.

4. Membership is open to one representative of each identified hall user group. Identification of individual user groups is determined by the executive committee of the charity.

5. Membership is open to user groups representatives aged over 18.

6. Membership is at the discretion of the executive committee and can be revoked if in the opinion of the membership committee there is good reason to do so, and following an appropriate hearing.

7. Membership is dependent upon each user group agreeing to, and abiding by conditions of hire, and providing records of usage as required. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification as a member.

8. Membership will be considered upon each applicant completing an 'Application for Membership' form.
