Newton Regis Village Hall is a registered charity no. 1098872. It was established in 2002 to provide a new hall capable of accommodating a range of local services for the benefit of local people.
The charity is run by an executive committee of trustees who are required to comply with their obligations under the Charities Act 1993 (or any statutory
re-enactment or modification of that Act).
The charity works hard to ensure the hall operates on a self financing basis, and also works in liaison with other local groups and residents to make services and facilities widely available.
From time to time, the charity organises community events including concerts and shows to provide a local focus and to raise funds to cover hall running costs and special projects.
